This book is the perfect gift for anyone with a Weber.

It’s a collection of the very best of the best Weber recipes, as rated and debated by experts and fans. It has some wonderful stories in it too – one of the most unusual is about cooking reindeer on the Weber in Norway!

Some of my favourites include all kinds of superb steaks, pepper-crusted rib roast, teriyaki pork belly, smoked turkey, a wonderful paella with juicy prawns as well as plenty of salads and even barbecued peaches.
