In Stock means the book is available from our store for immediate shipment.
On Order means we are awaiting a shipment of stock from our supplier. A book is only considered “on order” if it has not been reserved by another customer, which means that if you purchase such a book you are guaranteed that it will be shipped to you as soon as it's delivered to us.
Not In Stock means we'll need to order the book from our supplier, so your order could take a while to be delivered. A book is considered not in stock if:
In all of these cases you can still purchase the book on our website, and we will order a copy in for you. Delivery time can vary greatly, and if we haven't stocked the book for a while, the price may differ from what's displayed on our website (sometimes it's cheaper!). Our customer service department will contact you with a delivery time and up-to-date pricing before charging your credit card if you order an out-of-stock book.
Not Yet Published refers to books which will be published in the near future and which we intend to stock. You can order these books online and have a copy shipped to you as soon as the book is released.
Out Of Print books are no longer printed by their publisher and it is unlikely that we can stock these items. However, new editions or alternatives may be available so you are encouraged to contact us for assistance. If we are unable to supply the book, we will direct you to a specialist dealing in out-of-print titles.
While we make every effort to keep stock availability information up-to-date, occasionally there may be inaccuracies in the information displayed. When you order a book, our staff will verify that all details are current, and will contact you if there are any discrepancies before charging your credit card.
