Boffins Books is delighted to be the official bookseller at the Women in Mining and Resources WA 2022 Summit.
WIMWA provides a forum for women (and men) to talk about their lives, share their experiences, and extend their professional networks. From an informal beginning WIMWA has grown to have a mailing list with over 3000 people from all over the mining and resource sector, an annual summit which attracts over 1200 attendees, and a bi-annual innovative mentoring program. The Annual Summit and other WIMWA events, together with attendees’ commitment to use these occasions to learn from one another, demonstrate the power of networking and the community that they have created.
The 2022 program features special guests Wendy McCarthy, Leigh Sales, Annabel Crabb, Professor Michelle Ryan, Liz Fosslien and Mollie West Duffy (best known as @lizandmollie), and Gina Williams accompanied on guitar by Guy Ghouse.
