Boffins Books together with the City of Perth Library are pleased to present Dervla McTiernan in conversation with David Whish-Wilson to celebrate Australian Reading Hour.  They will discuss Dervla's new, compelling crime thriller, The Scholar.

About Dervla McTiernan

Born in County Cork, Ireland, Dervla worked as a lawyer for twelve years before moving to Western Australia.  A lifelong fan of crime novels, Dervla now writes full time.  Her debut novel, The Ruin, is a critically acclaimed, international bestseller.

About David Whish-Wilson

David is the author of The Summons, The Coves and three crime novels in the Frank Swann series: Line of Sight, Zero at the Bone and Old Scores.  He lives in Fremantle and teaches creative writing at Curtin University.
